Well when the TV characters are appearing in the movies, that is free advertising for the shows that are drawing away attention from JL 2 and other stuff.
considering the reviews and box office results is that really a bad thing. no offense but the DCEU is doing all the great so far. the only decent thing that’s come out of it is Wonder Woman.
None taken. I actually hate what they are doing over in the movie department. However you just proved my point. They are drawing attention away from their movies that aren’t doing well to a bunch of TV shows about the same characters if they did that crossover.
I know right and thanks. it’s kind of ironic isn’t it. DC can get their shows right but not the films while Marvel can get both right; well most of them anyways-Inhumans wasn’t really good at all.
Plus the Runaways and Iron Fist are still working on getting theirselves together. However the rest are damn good TV. DC is doing pretty good in TV as well with all of their shows being very successful. However i’m not sure Krypton will keep their winning streak up.
true. The Runaways is looking good however Iron Fist needs a serious rework if it wants to survive and have a chance. again true, when it comes to TV, both DC and Marvel are at the top of their game. as for Krypton I’m not sure either. I guess we have to wait and see how it all plays out for itself.
Runaways just needs to stop being like the writer’s previous show known as the O.C and it should be okay going forward. Iron Fist i feel has a chance. Their new fight choreography should get things on track including the story and direction they got going forward. I think it will survive well. The reason i am afraid Krypton will be DC’s first TV failure is because for one thing, it is going to be the first show where they basically have no characters people know from previous material in order to get into it. It is completely worthless to most Superman fans and average audience member because Krypton is gone as a planet.
Lol. yeah going forward they should then it will be okay.with Iron fist exactly, it’s the fight choreography and story that need to be changed meaning better fight scenes and decent scripts. if they do that then yeah it should be fine to. as for Krypton, that might not be such a bad thing, a new show means introducing characters that weren’t before or have not yet. I know people might not like it but it could perhaps explain somethings such as how life was on the planet before it was destroyed.
Iron Fist’s new plotline for Season 2 is very similar to his comic counterpart’s life. Having him be a billionaire by day, and vigilante by night. Instead of last season which it was a billionaire going around town in his billionaire clothes punching other people in the face and not worrying of the consequences of famous Danny Rand doing that. So that should improve the plot drastically. Also Davos is the main villain so we have a threat that actually knows Kung Fu. For Krypton, we kind of already know how they live. It is a basic Divergent style world where there are different guilds you are placed in as the place of your proffession and you must work in that guild until your death and set your beliefs to that guild and Rao above all else. How do we know this? The New Krypton comics have already told us this. However that isn’t the only problem. I worry about the stakes really. Can’t have a mysterious threat from DC’s cosmic world try to destroy Krypton when a few years later, that happens anyway. It is just a little worrying. Comes with all prequels as baggage.
if they do it that way then for sure Iron Fist should get on the right track. as for Krypton, I think it will be fun just seeing it all play out for itself. I know prequels aren’t all the great and exciting but it is at least worth watching and trying it once.
Davos will make a much better villain than Bakuto or Harold Meachum. Season 1 only had Danny figure out what the hell he was doing midway which was when Davos showed up, so I will defs give it a chance.
cool and agreed.
